RoadSync, Inc. (“RoadSync,” “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and this Privacy Policy applies to personal information we may collect from you via our Web site located at our www.roadsync.com website (the “Site”).

RoadSync provides payment transaction processing solutions, such as RoadSync Checkout, RoadSync Pay and RoadSync Driver, to customers in the transportation and logistics industry (collectively, the “RoadSync Services”). Because the use and collection of personal information for RoadSync Services is primarily used for the performance of those RoadSync services for our customers and is different from personal information collected and used through our Site, there is a separate Privacy Policy for those RoadSync Services below. RoadSync, Inc. (“RoadSync,” “we”, “us,” or “our”) provides online and app-based payment transaction processing solutions, such as RoadSync Checkout, RoadSync Pay and RoadSync Driver to customers in the transportation and logistics industry (collectively, the “RoadSync Services”). This Privacy Policy concerns RoadSync’s use and collection of personal information as part of the RoadSync Services. RoadSync’s Role

For customers who use RoadSync Services, RoadSync has agreements that describe and limit how RoadSync uses personal information processed for them as part of the RoadSync Service. The personal information that is controlled by the customer and only processed on the customer’s behalf is called “Customer-controlled Data” in this Privacy Policy and is not the subject of the provisions below in this Privacy Policy. However, there is some limited personal information collected by RoadSync as part of providing the RoadSync Services where RoadSync controls the purpose and means of processing. For Customer-controlled Data, you should look to that customer (who may be your employer or business partner) regarding how your personal information may be used.
