Getting Started

RoadSync Driver is available for download on Google Play and in the App Store

From the app Home screen, select Pay RoadSync Invoice or My Bills. Next:

  1. Select Unpaid to view any outstanding bills or invoices.
  2. Tap the invoice to Pay.
  3. Select how you would like to pay (Check, Fuel Card/Fleet Card, Credit Card, etc).
  4. Enter payment information as appropriate.
  5. Review and complete payment.

From the app Home screen, select Send Expenses & Documents. Next:

  1. Select the New Expense button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
  2. To add a receipt, select Add Expense.
  3. Then select the Expense Type from the drop down list, enter the dollar Amount and add optional comments.
  4. Select the Tap to add an attachment and choose one of the following options:
    • Take a picture
    • Add from gallery
    • Add RoadSync Receipt
    • Upload a PDF image or file
  5. Save Expense.

From the app Home screen, select Manage Documents. Next:

  1. Select the Upload Document button at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Choose the Document Type (Lumper Fee, Fuel, Tow & Repair, etc.) from the drop down list, and Save & Continue.
  3. Tap the Upload Document box and choose one of the following options:
    • Take a picture
    • Add from device photo gallery
  4. Save for later, or send via text or email.

Simply add all email addresses and/or mobile phone numbers of contacts you wish to send or share files with when prompted in the app.

  1. If you are sending an expense report, you will be prompted in Step 3: to add recipients.
  2. If you are sharing a document, you can select the share icon on the document you are viewing. You will be prompted to add contact information with “Who are you sharing this with?
  3. Confirm contacts (email or phone) and Send.

All RoadSync Checkout Invoice receipts will be stored in the app.

From the app Home screen, select Pay RoadSync Invoice or My Bills. Next:

  1. Select Paid to view RoadSync Checkout receipts.
  2. Tap the receipt to view more details.

Note:
You will default into the All RoadSync Checkout Bills view. Select All, Paid, Unpaid or Refunded to view specific bills and/or receipts.

Also, you will need to provide the same phone number associated with your Driver App account when paying a RoadSync Checkout Invoice.

From the app Home screen, select Send Expenses & Documents. Next:

  1. From the list of expenses, select the Expense you wish to view.
  2. Tap View Details to see all information associated with this receipt and/or expense.
