Your Privacy Choices
Last updated: August 26, 2026
RoadSync respects your right to control how your personal information is used. This page lets
California residents — and residents of other states with comparable privacy laws, including
Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas — exercise their privacy rights. You do not need an account
to use the controls on this page.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
We use advertising and analytics technologies from third parties (including Google, Meta, and
LinkedIn). Under the CCPA, our use of these technologies may be considered a “sale” or
“sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right
to opt out.
Use the control below to review and change your cookie and tracking preferences. Your choice
is saved on this browser for six months.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We automatically honor GPC
signals. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid
request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information — you don’t need to
do anything else.
Limit the use of your sensitive personal information
RoadSync does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring
characteristics about you. Because we do not use sensitive personal information for these
purposes, the right to limit its use does not apply to our processing. If this changes, we
will update this page and provide a control to exercise this right.
