Take every payment fleets carry. Protect every job you complete. Get your money the same day.

Every processor takes cards. We take what fleets carry, and we stand behind the job.
With RoadSync, fleet checks are processed digitally from your phone, tablet, or computer. You enter the check details in RoadSync Checkout and the funds are verified and processed without a phone call to the issuer or a trip to the bank. RoadSync supports the fleet check types drivers actually carry, including T-Chek and Comchek.
Fuel cards aren’t just for fuel. RoadSync has partnerships across major fuel card networks that let your shop accept them at a non-fuel location. No pump required.
That’s how fleets already want to pay. Repair and maintenance spend is already controlled and coded through the card the driver is carrying. When you take it, the driver settles at your counter instead of calling dispatch for a card number or waiting on a purchase order.
Comdata, EFS, WEX, T-Chek, Comchek, and Fleet One all run through RoadSync alongside credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH. One platform, no separate terminal. Every fleet that routes repair spend through a fuel card becomes a customer your shop can win.
RoadSync builds your defense before the dispute exists. You capture a signed digital work order before work begins, attach photos and files to the job as evidence, and run card-present transactions with a mobile reader. RoadSync 3DS adds cardholder verification on remote payments, and the Chargeback Defense Program gives you a team that helps build the response.
Yes. RoadSync is built for work that happens away from the shop. Take payment on your own phone with the RoadSync app and Tap to Pay — available on both iPhone and Android — which turns your phone into a contactless terminal for tapped cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also use a mobile card reader for card-present transactions, or send a secure payment link by text or email with Remote Checkout.
RoadSync integrates with Towbook, Shopmonkey, and QuickBooks, and the RoadSync Checkout API connects to other shop management, dealer management, and accounting systems. If your system is not on the list, our team can walk through what an integration looks like.
Standard payouts follow a normal settlement cycle. With Instant Payouts, you can request funds from same-day transactions and access that cash the same day. Access to Instant Payouts is subject to approval and pre-qualification, and daily limits and a per-transaction fee apply.
Yes. RoadSync is built for heavy-duty truck repair, but auto repair shops use it too, especially shops servicing commercial or municipal fleets where customers pay with fleet checks and fuel cards that generic processors will not take. If fleet payments or chargebacks are costing you money, RoadSync will help.
